Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched from our facilities in Victoria and New South Wales. Allow 4 to 5 business days for processing, then the delivery windows listed on the Shipping and Delivery page. Registers, InQ bays and other multi carton products travel by pallet or dedicated freight, quoted to your site. Where a product is priced on application, delivery time and freight are confirmed in your quote. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking once your order has left our facility.
