Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is SAPP Retail?

sappretail.com is the direct source for SAPP's standard range of retail fixtures and equipment: payment mounting, queue merchandising, checkout counters, AI scales, trolleys and loss prevention fixtures. Every product is designed and engineered by SAPP's team and made in our own factory.

2. Who are your products designed for?

Independent retailers, national chains, visual merchandisers, fitout specialists and anyone who needs retail fixtures and equipment that are modular, durable and ready to install.

3. How do I buy?

Browse the range and add products to your quote list. Send the list with your details and we come back with pricing, lead time and freight to your site. Once agreed, the quote is confirmed as an order with an invoice you can pay by card or bank transfer. Bulk and multi site orders are handled the same way.

4. Do you offer customisation?

Yes. sappretail.com focuses on standard products for fast delivery, and custom configurations and bulk programs are handled by our design team. Mention what you need when you send your quote list.

5. Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide and can support selected international markets through our global network. Contact us for delivery times and locations outside Australia.

6. What makes SAPP Retail different from other shopfitting suppliers?

We own the factory. Three decades of global engineering experience, a standard range built to the same standard as our custom programs, and a direct quote led process for B2B buyers.

7. How fast is delivery?

Standard range products are processed in 4 to 5 business days before dispatch. Larger volumes and customised items have their lead time confirmed in your quote. See Shipping and Delivery for delivery estimates by state.

8. Can I get help choosing the right products?

Yes. Our team will help you select the products that fit your space and budget. Contact us online and we will guide you through the options.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, bank transfer and corporate payment arrangements. Full payment details are provided with your quote and invoice.

10. How sustainable are your products?

We manufacture responsibly, using recycled steel, FSC certified timber and durable designs that reduce waste. PayPost carries Global GreenTag GreenRate Level A certification. Our accreditations are listed on the Quality and Accreditations page.

SAPP Retail is the ready to deploy arm of SAPP International. Standard retail fixtures and equipment engineered by SAPP, made in our own 60,000 sqm display and fixture factory in Dongguan, quoted on application and delivered ready to install.
