Orders are packed and dispatched from our facilities in Victoria and New South Wales.
Processing time
Allow 4 to 5 business days for order processing. This covers quality control and final assembly where it applies, in particular for checkout counters, InQ bays and PayPost configurations.
Domestic delivery estimates
Domestic orders ship with Australia Post Parcel Post or selected courier partners. Typical delivery windows for metropolitan areas after dispatch:

Bulky and multi carton items
Registers, InQ bays and other multi carton products travel by pallet or dedicated freight. Freight for these is quoted to your site as part of your quote.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking once your order has left our facility.
