Terms of service

These terms apply to the sappretail.com website and to quotes, orders and supply by SAPP Retail, a business of SAPP International ("SAPP", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Quotes and orders

Prices on sappretail.com are shown on application. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless it says otherwise. An order is confirmed when we issue an order confirmation or invoice for the agreed quote. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless the quote states otherwise. Freight is quoted separately to the delivery address supplied.

Made to order and configured products

Registers, InQ bays and configurations, PayPost configurations built to a specified terminal or screen, and any product supplied in a non standard finish, size or configuration are made to order. Made to order products cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not accepted for return for change of mind. Before production starts we confirm the specification in writing and ask you to approve it.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quote and invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, made to order products require payment before dispatch. Title in the goods passes on payment in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page and in your quote. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the goods on delivery and tell us within 5 business days if anything is damaged or missing.

Warranty

Standard products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover custom work, misuse, damage in transit not reported within 5 business days, normal wear, or consumables. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Refunds and Returns policy.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and the designs of our products remain the property of SAPP International and its licensors. Product images and specifications may be used only to evaluate and specify SAPP products.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to the replacement or repair of the goods or the refund of the price paid. We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
